Growing Esteem’s triple helix's 2nd strand is Learning & Teaching aims at giving the required standard of methodologies & texts curriculum for all level & all disciplinary students. University has been channelizing its extensive experience based philosophy & methods.
(3)Engagement:
Growing Esteem’s triple helix's 3rd strand is Engagement which intensifies in extending it's relation with the wide possible elements like societies, institutions, persons, governments, donors, alumni, etc. This habit not only enriches relation with others but also will catalyse social consciousness, critical analysis of genuine world problems, experience sharing, refinement of culture, research,etc.

In the leadership system of Melbourne University, University Council is the peak governing body chaired by the chancellor & consists of Council secretary & others. Beside there are academic boards, advisory committee & other committees. With this administrative structure it has not only maintained it's reputation on the basis of academic excellence but also has become the world's 13 in it's graduate employability. It ranks 2 in Australian national ranking & 33 in the world ranking. Standing on a land of 10 hectares,university has 47000 students, 6500 staffs 11 undergraduate degrees & 270 graduate  courses. There are 12000 students from 130 countries & it has 22 discipline-specific faculties. Some of the distinctive scholars like the nobel prize for physiology winner Pro.peter Dohetry, pro.
